The vacuums just don't work waste of money

Shaquitta Fulton a year ago

I stuck a $5 bill in the machine and it only gave me $1 in quarters. I was told to fill out a slip. You have to travel around Africa to find a number. I want my $4 back.

Question, how the vacuum machine ate my money? No number listed online, walked around making sure I didn’t miss any sign beside the no loitering blah blah blah. Machine number 7 took $2.00 and never turn on. Please resolve situation asap!
